Career MOMentum is NCJW|LA’s workforce training initiative designed to support women, particularly single heads of households, in building sustainable careers. The program combines job-readiness training, financial education, and hands-on retail experience at our Council Shops. Over 3 months of training and two months of career coaching, participants gain nationally recognized certifications, professional skills, and holistic support to strengthen their path toward long-term stability and advancement.
