Event Details
Hi Rafael, The Beaver's Lounge (basic needs) will be hosting a Student Services Fair on Tuesday, September 2nd and a Community Resource Fair on Wednesday September 3rd. We would like to host the event on the cement walkway between D3 and Redwood Hall lawn. We will need 20 tables with two chairs each and as many tents as possible. The Beaver's Lounge has 5 that can be used on this day. We would like to leave some space by the welcome center without tables because it is the first week of school and there will be lines. Please let me know if this will be feasible and we will start working on getting people to come.
